Your Planet Hollywood hotel service seems to be a disaster.

We checked into our room (Dec27) #2182 last night 9pm unloaded all our stuff, then went out for a couple hours. When we got back both room cards didnt work , there were 3 lights flashing but the door never opened.

We told the front desk EXACTLY what was going on.

The staff just simply gave us 2 new room cards. Without ever addressing our concern in the first place.

We went back in front of our room to try the new cards , didnt work again. We went back downstairs and the front desk staff couldnt figure out what was going on. Over an hour passed and 2 people (one mechanic and one security) were sent to our room to try fixing the door lock.

And they couldnt. It was a fault door lock and there was no immediate fixing.

We had to call the front desk from our room talking to them for another 30 minutes+ asking them for a solution. They said they werent sure if they could get us another room. All they said was sorry this, sorry that.

What the *** !!! So damn unprofessional. We ended up being told to pack everything back up and heading to a new room. It was already past 2am by the time we got into the new room #2806.

All our plans the next day got derailed as we basically had zero quality sleep that night!! Vacation so ruined.

The arrangement by the front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Please find ways to make this up for us as the mistreatment weve been getting from your hotel is just so seriously messed up!!!

Once we settled into our new room #2806. I heard dogs barking loudly next door late at night! I had a difficult time falling asleep, we could only get at most a couple hours sleep.

During checkout, we reiterated everything mentioned above to the front desk employee working at the time, she was patiently listening and seemingly typing up everything we said.

But I never heard of the hotel again on our issues sadly.

WHATS WORSE?

On Dec31 early morning 5am, we accidentally dropped a necklace onto the carpet and forgot to pick it up before checking out the room. We reported it in Planet Hollywoods Lost and Found site and also called them immediately within 24 hours. Our necklace could not be found.

HOW WAS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??

We even wrote to their Lost And Found that we were happy to offer a $200 tip to whoever finding it, after almost a week still no response from them.

Everything that happened to us has been ridiculous !!! PLEASE DO US JUSTICE!!

Excursion

On our 40th Wedding Anniversary, my husband & I went to Planet Hollywood in Costa Rica, on May 17-23, 2023. On the 20th, we decided to go on a NEXUS BLUE RIVER excursion.

On our excursion, our guide Anreas, confronted me & asked me if I had stolen a souvenir from the gift shop where we had lunch. I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life! I am not a thief! This put a damper on the rest of our vacation.i submitted a complaint to customer service & was told they would contact me on this matter, but never did.

I am very disappointed & hurt by theses accusations.& the lack of communication from the resort. I will never stay at another PH again!.

The manager of that restaurant is abusive to handicaps and elders, don't spend your money there.

The manager came out of the restaurant to talk to me while I was trying to order food next door to tell me I can't eat there because I put something on one of his tables where customers eat , and told me I can't eat there any more because I saved the table for me and my daughter, I was going to order a drink and he treated me abusively and call the police on me for nothing , make a big deal out of nothing , I ended up spending more money in Starbucks Cafe because he overeacted

Visited your restaurant at Disney springs Orlando tonight

I feel the quality of the food served from your kitchen was very poor, I ordered the slow cooked half breast of chicken, 1stly I wasn't not aware that it was half a chicken with more legs than breast, garlic mash potatoes were normal mash no taste of garlic, gravy was cold and the green veg was cold and brick hard

My husband had the bistro steak which he enjoyed although the 6 seasoned chips he received along with it were hard and again green veg was cold and hard. I totally appreciate tonight your were extremely busy due to being thanksgiving however we were not expecting the lack of quality our total bill including gratuity was $103 and to be honest we both had to come out and seek other food.

No I didn't highlight at the time about my meal as we were there as a couple and wanted to eat as a couple an dit was too busy staff run off there feet we were served by Jason who was extremely nice. Our experience this time round was a compete waste of money and certainly will not be making a reservation in the remaining art of our holiday here in the states

Elevator use is made very difficult. The older gentleman was very helpful but getting back down from third floor after was horrific. An older woman said I couldnt go until she called me. Told me to go back inside theater and sit down. Elevator never came so I had to wait for everyone to clear out so I could slowly use railing to get myself down the stairs. I cant do stairs due to mobility issues. Now Im in extreme pain because I wasnt allowed to use the elevator. PH theater has an AFA accessibility problem. I wont be back.

Got in late to our hotel. There was a note that said no running water between 1 am-5am. Room was dirty. Food left in refrigerator, crumbs in cabinet, dried vomit on the floor by the bed, window seal had duct tape in it, and the cupboard didnt close all the way. Went downstairs to let the manager know, and was going to check out the pool. Nope not happening. Pool was closed due to health department issues. Manager was rude!!

A debit to my credit card

I stayed at PH Las Vegas in August 2023. On checking out i asked to pay by cash.

The cashier had trouble doing it so had assisantance from a male collegue. We were booked to leave on 25th August but checked out at approx 9.30pm on 24th. this allowed us full day use of our room. so on paying we were given a discount (did not ask for one) Thankyou very much and i paid what was asked and the total owing was zero.

On getting home to Australia i then discovered a $100+ debit on my credit card.

After a 40min phone call i was told i still had to pay for the room but was granted a $48?credit.

My issue is why was a discount i was given then taken away. Feel that it is wrong and the whole incident has left me feeling wronged.

Our first time staying at Planet Hollywood and do not think we will return.

Planet Hollywood - Horrible customer service
When calling the reservations line, the front desk, or any number associated with Planet Hollywood, your call is routed to an overseas call center. I called six times over the course of two hours, and I was unable to get any results. The customer service is so horrendous, I will never do business with Planet Hollywood again or the Ceasar's group. Read reviews before booking your hotels. This hotel has a very bad reputation for absolutely horrible customer service.

Couldn’t check in

We used the mobile check in, got to the hotel and went to a kiosk and it said our room wasnt ready. It was 11:30pm. We stood in line for over 2 hours. They had about 3 front desk clerks that took turns being at a station one. At. A. Time. Ridiculous. We kept trying the kiosk and eventually it processed our reservation. We got to our room at 2 am. Never again.

Preferred solution: Star class without charging ridiculous prices when on site people are paying 40 per person a day. The place where we booked are charging 400 more then they should. Rip offs

User's recommendation: If you want star class make it with reservations because the place you book it from to add on later is ridiculous. Can’t get ahold of anyone from hotel.

The server did not have a clue of what he was doing brought two guests the wrong meals put them back in for the right order everybody ate their dinner by the time the last person got their food. Two people got drinks that he charged them for a special glass which we did not want and said we did not want but he did not fix that either
